Recipe Ingredients for Maple Shortbread

2 cups white flour
1 cup butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp maple extract

Recipe Directions for Maple Shortbread

  1. Soften butter.

  2. Beat butter until fluffy.

  3. Add maple syrup and maple extract to butter. Beat until well mixed.

  4. Add flour, and eat until well mixed and light coloured.

  5. Refrigerate for an hour or two until it's not too sticky.

  6. Roll into little balls.

  7. Bake at 350F for 7-12 minutes
