Recipe Ingredients for Maple-Roasted Chicken Thigh with Parsnip and Sweet Potato

20 oz raw Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
12.2 oz Parsnips
12.5 oz Sweet Potato
5.5 oz Onions
1 serving Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Sugar Free Low Calorie Syrup

Recipe Directions for Maple-Roasted Chicken Thigh with Parsnip and Sweet Potato

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Slice peeled sweet potato, parnsips and onions into 1" pieces.

  3. Put all ingredients in a large shallow roasting pan and toss to coat.

  4. Roast for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced and syrup slightly thicken.

  5. Turn chicken once half way through cooking time and stir vegetables at the same time.
