Recipe Ingredients for Maple Pumpkin Spice Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour (WW pastry flour)
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp canola oil
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 large eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Maple Pumpkin Spice Bread

Stir everything together. Put batter in a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
