A lowfat, extremely tasty potato salad

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Potato Salad

2 lbs boiled potatoes
3 tbsp dill
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sugar
16 oz sour cream
4 oz green onion
6 oz bacon

Recipe Directions for Maple Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes, peel and cube into bite sizes

  2. Fry crisp four slices of Wright's Maple Flavored Smoked Slab Bacon (thick sliced)

  3. Mix into sour cream (lowfat) garlic, dill, onion and mix into bowl with potatoes and bacon. Chill and serve.
