Great lowfat/low sugar granola. My favorite with vanilla lowfat organic yogart. 1/4cup serving size.

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Pecan Granola

4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
7 teaspoons canola oil
7 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Maple Pecan Granola

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place a piece of parchment paper on a large cookie sheet. Mix all above ingredients in a large bowl, toss, and pour on cookie sheet, spreading evenly. Bake in oven 30-40 mins, rotating pan halfway thru cooking time. Enjoy.
