Maple Pecan Granola Bars from Food and Wine.com (modified)

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Pecan Granola Bars

1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 mashed banana
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup Blue Agave
1 tsp maple extract
1/4 cup shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for Maple Pecan Granola Bars

Combine oats, flax, raisins and pecans in a large bowl. In another bowl mix the remaining ingredients and add them to oat mixture. Stir together until fully combined. Place in a greased 9x12" baking dish and bake at 350F for 20 minutes (longer if you like them crispy). Cut them into bars while they're still hot.
