Recipe Ingredients for Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon

4 oz salmon
1 tbs honey
2 tbs maple syrup
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey dijon mustard
1/2 tbs red cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup pecans

Recipe Directions for Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Mix honey, syrup, soy, mustard, and olive oil in bowl

  3. Crumble pecans in a seperate bowl

  4. Coat salmon with pecan crumbs and sprinkle cayenne pepper over top

  5. Bake approximately 5-7 minutes each side or until fish flakes at the touch of a fork
