Recipe Ingredients for Maple Oat Muffins

2 cups flour
1 cup oats
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
3/4 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Maple Oat Muffins

  1. Combine dry ingredients.

  2. Combine wet ingredients.

  3. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix just to coat. Don't overmix.

  4. Bake 400 for 28 minutes
