Recipe Ingredients for Maple Nut Oaties Revisited

1 cup quaker oats, toasted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Maple Nut Oaties Revisited

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Toast oats in oven (8 minutes or so - watch, they may burn.)

  3. Toss ingredients together in bowl and mix thoroughly. Put bowl in fridge to chill for at least 15 minutes.

  4. Drop by tablespoonful onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake ~ 12 minutes or so. Cool on pan for a minute, then move to cooling rack.
