Recipe Ingredients for Maple Nut Oaties

1 cup quaker oats, toasted
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Maple Nut Oaties

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325.

  2. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

  3. Scoop cookie dough by TBSP onto parchment lined or greased cookie sheet.

  4. Bake 10-12 minutes.

  5. Let cool for a minute or so, and then I just pick them up and form into balls before placing on the cooling rack.
