Makes 10 cups, 1/2 cup serving size Clean Food by Terri Walters

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Nut Granola

4 c rolled oats
2 c Cereal
1 c chopped almonds
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 c dried cranberries
2 T Cinnamon
3/4 c canola oil
3/4 c maple syrup
1 t almond extract

Recipe Directions for Maple Nut Granola

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. In separate bowl, wisk together oil, syrup and almond extract.

  3. Pour wet mixture over dry and stir to coat.

  4. Transfer to 9x12 glass pan, spread evenly.

  5. Place on top rack of oven and bake 60 minutes on 250 degrees.

  6. Remove from over and let cool.

  7. Break into chunks, using spatula to slide along bottom and sides of pan.

  8. Store in airtight container.
