Recipe Ingredients for Maple Mustard Pork Chops

1 T maple syrup
1 T Dijon mustard
1 t olive oil
1 garlic clove, small
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 pork chops, with bone

Recipe Directions for Maple Mustard Pork Chops

  1. Preheat grill. In small bowl, stir together syrup, mustard, opil, garlic, salt and pepper

  2. Place pork chops and mustard mixture inside large Ziploc baggie, then shake thoroughly to coat pork.

  3. Place on grill, cooking 3 to 4 minutes per side. In the last minute of cooking, pour remaining mustard mixture onto pork chops and serve.
