Recipe Ingredients for Maple glazed salmon

2 lbs salmon
1/2 c maple syrup
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Maple glazed salmon

  1. Place the salmon in a casserole dish. Mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, and garlic together. Lightly salt and pepper the salmon, then pour the syrup mix over the fish. Marinate for thirty minutes.

  2. After marinating, place in over preheated to 425. Bake until mostly cooked. Switch oven function to broil and continue to cook until salmon is browning on top and flakes apart.
