Fast and easy barbecued Salmon with sweet and savory glaze

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Glazed Salmon

12 oz Salmon, Atlantic, Wild
2 oz Pure Grade B Maple Syrup
1 oz Spicy Brown Mustard
1 tbsp Elephant Garlic Cloves

Recipe Directions for Maple Glazed Salmon

Mix two tbs of real maple syrup and course brown mustard. Glaze salmon fillets and grill over charcoal no more than three minutes each side leaving them pink in the middle (let them erst and they will finish cooking) Garnish with giant garlic slices and thyme that has been pan seared with a table spoon of olive oil
