Recipe Ingredients for Maple-Glazed Salmon

16 serving Nama Shoyu
1 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root
0.17 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
8 oz Central Market Organics 100% dark amber maple syrup
4 serving Yihe Corp Wild Salmon Fillet (raw)

Recipe Directions for Maple-Glazed Salmon

  1. Mix the soy sauce or Tamari, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and maple syrup in a blender. Spread the soy mixture over the fish evenly in a baking dish. Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours.

  2. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Bake the fish for about 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Sauteed Vegetables (page 141).
