I used trout fillets for nutritional values as arctic char is not in the database.

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Glazed Arctic Char

1 1/2 lbs fresh Arctic Char fillets (4 fillets)
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh ginger
1 1/2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tbsp water
1 scallion, sliced thin (white part plus about 2-3 inches of the green)
1 tablespoon toasted sliced almonds

Recipe Directions for Maple Glazed Arctic Char

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the syrup through cornstarch solution until smooth.

  2. Place the Arctic Char fillets skin-side-down in a shallow baking pan. Pour the syrup mixture over the Arctic Char.

  3. Bake about 15-18 minutes at 450F until the fish flakes easily baste with glaze halfway through cooking.

  4. Sprinkle the Baked Maple Glazed Arctic Char with scallion and almonds before serving.
