Flan without the caramel. Basically a baked custard.

Recipe Ingredients for Maple Flan

6 large Egg, Whole
2.7 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup Syrups, Maple
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Maple Flan

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Wisk all ingredients together.

  3. Pour into 6 ramekins.

  4. Place ramekins into large baking pan. Fill pan with water so that water comes half-way up the sides of the ramekins.

  5. cook for 1 hour, or until a fork inserted comes out clean.
