Recipe Ingredients for Maple Date Bars

3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Pitted Dates
4 oz Organics 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Best of the Egg Pasteurized Real Egg Product
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Maple Date Bars

  1. In a large bowl, stir fout, baking powder, baking soda, and dates. Add syrup, egg product and vanilla; beat until sooth.

  2. spread batter evenly in a nonstick pan sprayed with nonstick spray. bake at 350 degrees F until center springs back when lightly pressed (about 20 minutes).

  3. Cut into 18 bars.
