Recipe Ingredients for Maple cinnamon toasted almonds

1/2 cup whole almonds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Maple cinnamon toasted almonds

  1. Toast almonds for 15 minutes in an oven at 325* F.

  2. In sauce pan mix syrup, oil, vanilla, and cinnamon. Heat until mixture boils. Add almonds. Stir to coat evenly, then spread on wax paper to cool. Enjoy! Makes about 4 servings.

  3. Tip: you can put the coated almonds back in the oven at a low temperature for a while until the outside gets crunchy.
