3 1/2 c. oats
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
1 t. cinnamon
2 T. honey
2 T. peanut butter
1 egg white
1/3 c. maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Maple Cinnamon Peanut Butter Granola

  1. We combined the wet ingredients in one bowl, and the dry in another, and then mixed the two together.

  2. We baked it on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, stirred it and baked it for 9 more minutes
