Recipe Ingredients for Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal

1 serving Oats, Instant
5 grams Lite
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Maple Cinnamon Oatmeal

  1. The night before, mix oatmeal with 1 1/4 cups boiling water. Microwave 30s (for instant oats, longer if required), and place in fridge uncovered.

  2. The next morning, stir in syrup and cinnamon. Microwave 3 minutes and eat :)
