Recipe Ingredients for Maple Bundt Cake

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 c brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup aunt jemima light maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Maple Bundt Cake

  1. Preheat to 350 degrees.

  2. Whisk together dry ingredients.

  3. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy (about 3-4 minutes). Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and maple syrup. Add flour in three additions, alternating with sour cream.

  4. Bake in bundt pan 35-40 minutes. Let cool completely.
