1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, bottoms trimmed, halved
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar-free syrup
1 fresh black pepper
1 small onion, cut into slivers

Recipe Directions for Maple Brussels sprouts

Cook brussels sprouts in boiling water for two minutes. Whisk soy sauce and syrup. In a pan, cook onion. Add brussels sprouts and sauce and heat until a thick glaze.
