All natural, Crunchy and sweet, this granola is a great topping for plain yogurt, fruit, salad, or just by the handful. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Maple brown sugar granola

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup puffed rice
1/2 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup unsalted almonds
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tbsp. Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Maple brown sugar granola

Toast the dry ingredients in the oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. While toasting, stir brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon in a small saucepan over low heat until clear and hot. After dry ingredients are done toasting, pour them into a large mixing bowl and pour the sugar mixture over. Stir vigorously for a minute or so, and then spread onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to cool completely, break apart, and enjoy!
