Recipe Ingredients for Maple Blue Smoothie

1 c. low-fat yogurt
3/4 c. low-fat milk
1 T. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 c. frozen blueberries

Recipe Directions for Maple Blue Smoothie

  1. Combine yogurt (use blueberry yogurt for best results), milk, syrup and cinnamon in a blender.

  2. Add blueberries and blend until smooth.

  3. Serves 2.
