Recipe Ingredients for Maple Banana Bread

1 cup cornmeal
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon allspice
2 bananas
1/2 cup syrup
1/2 cup skim milk
1 egg white

Recipe Directions for Maple Banana Bread

Mix the dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients. Mix them together. Put into a greased bread tin and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
