Recipe Ingredients for Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

10 oz brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.

  2. Pick all the gross, brownish leaves off of the sprouts.

  3. Put the sprouts in a colander and run cold water over them.

  4. Cut the bottom stems off of the sprouts and then cut them in quarters.

  5. Put the sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and salt in a large bowl and stir.

  6. Lay the sprouts out on a baking sheet. Make sure they don?t overlap too much.

  7. Cook the sprouts until they are tender, approx 20 minutes or to your liking.
