Recipe Ingredients for Maple Acorn Squash

1 squash (4 inch dia) Squash, Winter, Acorn
0.25 cup Syrups, Maple
2 tbsp Butter
0.13 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Maple Acorn Squash

  1. Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove and discard seeds. Arrange the squash halves, cut sides down, in a baking dish. Bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes. Turn squash halves cut side up.

  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together maple syrup, butter, and cinnamon. Spoon maple syrup mixture into squash halves. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until squash is tender.
