Tasty side dish for summer. Sodium will be lower than calculated since all beans are rinsed in preparation.

Recipe Ingredients for Many Bean Salad

850 g three bean salad, canned
425 g black beans, canned
822 g Pinto Beans
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 T. Dill Weed, Dried
1 pepper [11979] pepper pepper pepper jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Many Bean Salad

  1. Open all cans and drain beans, rinse with water.

  2. Place all beans in bowl and mix gently.

  3. Chop onion and jalapeno finely, add to bowl.

  4. In small container, mix vinegar, sugar and dill.

  5. Add salt and sugar to taste for mild sweet-sour dressing.

  6. Pour dressing over beans and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
