My version of a dish I ate at Kate Manitlini's in Beverly Hills.

Recipe Ingredients for Mantilini Spinach

3 oz Baby Spinach Salad
2 oz Juice
2 cloves, raw Garlic
0.25 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Mantilini Spinach

  1. Place oil in pan.

  2. Add garlic and onions and sautee until glassy.

  3. Add spinach and wisk around so all leaves covered in oil.

  4. Add lemon juice to spinach.

  5. Cover for 2 minutes or until spinach is slightly wilted.

  6. Serve it up!
