Mansaf Souri (No JAmeed, No Samen)

Recipe Ingredients for Mansaf

220 g rice, coocked
300 g steak, coocked
10 g oil
300 g yogurt
20 g nuts
100 g bread

Recipe Directions for Mansaf

  1. Prepare the rice aside, normally coocked short beens

  2. Slowly cock the (lamb) meet for 1.30 hrs.

  3. Add the Jameed (Special Jordanian Yogurt), the samen and let them boil for 30 min.

  4. Put one leaf of bread in the plate and put the rice over it, after that arrange the meet over the rice, pure the laban and enjoy
