Recipe Ingredients for Manju's Reduced Fat Turkey Burgers

1 1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 packet onion soup mix
1/3 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Manju's Reduced Fat Turkey Burgers

  1. Blanch shredded cabbage in water. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

  2. Add cabbage and onion soup mix to ground turkey. Mix well.

  3. Form meat mix into 6 balls and roll around in breadcrumbs. Flatten the balls slightly into patty shape.

  4. Lightly coat a frying pan or griddle with oil and fry the burgers until done through.
