A freezer meal for manicotti. The kids loved it! A do-over for sure!

Recipe Ingredients for Manicotti

8 oz Manicotti Dry
16 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 2% Milkfat
1 large Egg, Whole
1 oz Parmesan, Grated Cheese
10 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
2 cup Sauce Marinara
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Manicotti

Mix together all but the spaghetti suace in a bowl. Fill the manicotti shells with the filling either with a small sppon or a piping bag. Place 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup of the spaghetti sauce on the bottom of the greased 9 X 13 pan. lace filled shells into the pan and top with remaining sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and foil. To cook: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour frozen or 45 minutes thawed.
