Recipe Ingredients for manicotti

2 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
424 1/2 grams Light Ricotta Cheese
3 serving Tomatoes Diced No Salt Added
4 oz Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
10 oz Cut Spinach
14 pieces Manicotti Pasta
22 oz Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for manicotti

  1. mix all the ingredients except the pasta sauce and manicotti.

  2. boil manicotti until done; cover bottom of 9X13 pan with sauce to cover

  3. stuff manicotti with mixture; place in pan; bake at 350 degrees for 30 min
