Barilla large shells stuffed with 3 cheeses and spaghetti sauce, baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Manicotti

224 grams pasta
10 ounces ricotta cheese, skim
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
15 ounces hunt's tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Manicotti

  1. Boil shells for 12-15 minutes.

  2. Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and add seasoning to taste--usually basil or Italian seasoning.

  3. When noodles are done, refrigerate until you are able to touch them, then stuff each shell with cheese mixture.

  4. Add layer of tomato sauce to bottom of Pyrex dish. As you stuff each noodle, add to the pan. Then cover each stuffed noodle with more tomato sauce and a layer of mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake at 400 degrees until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted.
