Recipe Ingredients for Manicotti filling and sauce (add unico manicotti shells)

25 g sausage
25 g low fat cottage cheese
50 g Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
1/8 egg
1/4 cup tomato sauce
25 g spinach
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Manicotti filling and sauce (add unico manicotti shells)

  1. Fry sausage, drain

  2. mix cottage cheese, sausage, spinach spices, egg, 1/2 of mozarella

  3. stuff into manicotti shell

  4. coat bottom of pan in tomato sauce and cover manicotti with the rest of sauce and top with rest of mozzarella

  5. bake at 350 for 30 mins
