No-bake Tuna fish casserole with a Manhattan twist - with less than 275 calories per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Manhattan Tuna and Noodles

6 oz wheat rotini pasta
7 1/4 oz diced tomatoes, w/basil, oregano & garlic
1 cup zucchini
2 1/2 oz mushrooms
6 oz tuna fish
15 oz spaghetti pasta sauce

Recipe Directions for Manhattan Tuna and Noodles

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt, drain and set aside.

  2. Combine tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms in medium sauce pan. Simmer 10 minutes.

  3. Add tuna fish and spaghetti sauce and stir until well-blended. Continue to simmer additional 5 minutes.

  4. Transfer to large pot, add noodles and stir well. Simmer an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Serve.
