1 container Kroger Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 egg yolk
1 tablespoon skim milk
2 tablespoon mango butter

Recipe Directions for Mango Yogurt Parfait

Heat mango butter, milk, and egg yolk over double boiler, stirring constantly until blended smooth and thick. The mixture look a lot like lemon curd. Allow mixture to cool slightly. Pour mixture between two layers of yogurt in a small dessert glass to create an attractive, layered look through the glass.
