1 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
0.5 tsp Ginger Root

Recipe Directions for Mango Yogurt Oatmeal-CE

Puree 1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/2 C cooked oatmeal, 2 C cubed mango (or papaya), 1 T flaxseed and 1/2 t fresh ginger until smooth. Remove from blender. Stir in another 1/2 C cooked oatmeal. Makes 2 1-cup servings.
