Recipe Ingredients for Mango/Tomato Salsa

7 tomatoes
1 onion
20 sprigs cilantro
1 cucumber
2 mangos
1 jalapeno pepper
2 serrano peppers

Recipe Directions for Mango/Tomato Salsa

Peel cucumber and mangos. Chop all ingredients and mix in a large bowl. Take half of mixture at a time and puree in a blender or food processor. Mix all puree together. Great on scrambled eggs, veggies and, of course, chips!
