35 grams Bananas
70 grams Mangos
100 grams Mixed Berries, Frozen
30 grams Spinach
108 grams Cucumber, Peeled
50 grams water

Recipe Directions for Mango-Spinach Smoothie

  1. Add all things to blender (i use 3 large strawberries + mixed berries) + a squeze of lemon juice. Blend.

  2. Add sweetener, almond extract and vanilla extract to your taste.
