Recipe Ingredients for mango soufflè

200 grams Mangos
3 large Egg, White
1 tsp Agave Syrup
1.4 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for mango soufflè

mix corn starch with enough water to make a paste then add it to the mango (previously pureed) and cook on low heat for 3 min or until thicken. then beat egg white and fold the two mixture together. bake at 200 for 12 min.
