Simple, tasty mango sauce that is delicious hot or cold.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Sauce

2 whole mangos
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Mango Sauce

  1. Peel mangos and cut flesh into small chunks. Discard skins and seeds.

  2. Place mango chunks, sugar, lemon juice, and about an ounce of water in a saucepan.

  3. Bring to a boil, stirring often.

  4. Remove from heat and puree.

  5. Return to heat and simmer until sauce reaches desired consistency.
