Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

1 cup, sliced Mangos
1 fruit without skin, medium Kiwi Fruit, (Chinese Gooseberries), Fresh
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium raw Onion Red
4 clove Garlic
3 serving, raw Cilantro
3 serving Rice Vinegar
1 lime yields Lime Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

chop and combine all veg and herb. Toss with 3 tbsps rice vinegar (we used pepper infused) and olive oil. Refrigerate for 20 minutes or serve right away!
