Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

3 cup sliced(165 g) Ataulfo Mango
0.5 medium Onions
1 serving Cilantro leaves
1 oz Mint
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 lime yields Lime Juice

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

Cut up everything. Keep onions separate and lightly fry them in the oil before adding. mix and keep in storage container until needed.
