Super as a dip for chips or as its own side to cool a spicy main or other side dish. Adjust heat to taste. Ok to make 1-2 days in advance; holds up well in the fridge.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

1 fruit without refuse Mangos
0.5 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber, Peeled
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.33 medium raw Onion Red
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
0.33 cup Coriander Leaves

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

  1. Combine the following: 1/2 c peeled, diced cucumber, 1 mango, 1 Tbsp of finely-chopped jalapeno, 1/3 c diced red onion, 1 Tbsp lime and 1/3 c fresh cilantro.

  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
