1 Mango (peeled,pitted, and diced into 1/4 pieces) 1 Red Bell Pepper (steamed, stemmed, and diced into 1/4 pieces) 1 Red Onion (peeled and finely diced) 2tbsp Fresh Mint(finely chopped) 1tbsp Frest Cilantro (finely chopped) 3tbsp Lime Juice (fresh squeezed) 2tbsp Mango puree 1 tsp salt to taste 1 tsp fresh ground pepper 1 tsp sugar to taste
