Mango salsa is healthy because of the addition of mango. The combination of Tomatoes, a mango, and a pepper, provide a dip that is rich in Vitamins A and C. One of the problems with this salsa is that it is very high in sodium and sugar. Mango salsa is meant to be eaten with tortilla chips. The number of servings varies with the amount that each person takes with each dip. No double dipping.
