Combine lime juice, fish sauce, sugar (or splenda), in bowl. Stir til sugar dissolves. Add remaininge salsa ingredients, mix cover and cool for 30 min.

1 T fish sauce
1 T splenda
2 T green onions
1 1/2 chopped tomatoes
2 diced mangos
1 chopped onion
2 T cilantro
1 t minced garlic
