Great topping for burgers - I use the roasted vegetable chicken burgers.

Recipe Ingredients for Mango Salsa

1 c. mango, diced
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
2 tbsp fresh mint, minced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
1 c. sweet red pepper, finely chopped
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Mango Salsa

  1. In bowl, combine all ingredients.

  2. You can make ahead, cover and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
